Product Positioning: SleepSealed is a general wellness accessory, not a medical device. Our content is for informational purposes and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and does not replace CPAP or other prescribed care. You are responsible for following directions and deciding if mouth taping is appropriate for you.

Orders & Payment: Prices are in USD. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Your order confirmation is an acknowledgement; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for fraud, pricing errors, availability, or unlawful use, with a full refund provided where charged.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, nor to interfere with its operation. All SleepSealed content is our intellectual property; we grant you a limited, personal-use license that is non-transferable and non-commercial.

Third-Party Services: We rely on platforms like Shopify and Recharge to provide our services. We do not control their independent terms of service or potential outages. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Liability & Warranties: We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum lawful extent. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our direct liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be lawfully excluded in your jurisdiction.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, subject to mandatory local consumer protections. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign our rights under these terms. This document constitutes the entire agreement between us.

We collect data necessary to run a modern store: identity/contact info, order and payment tokens, billing and shipping details, support history, and website analytics. We use this to process orders, prevent fraud, manage subscriptions, and provide support.

Marketing & Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect analytics, device, and browser data. We send marketing communications only with your consent or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe or opt-out at any time via the link in any email.

Providers & Compliance: We use trusted partners including Shopify and Recharge. We do not sell your personal information. Data is used for security, fraud prevention, and to comply with legal obligations. We retain data only as long as needed for legal or service purposes.

Your Rights: You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to the processing of your data at any time by contacting support@sleepsealed.co. Data may be processed across borders with appropriate safeguards in place. Our services are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund. Contact support@sleepsealed.co with your order number to start the process.

Hygiene & Returns: Because our strips are hygiene-sensitive, you generally should not mail opened or used products back to us unless specifically instructed by support. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing, we will make it right immediately.

Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow for standard bank processing times. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable where lawful. We reserve the right to prevent abuse of this policy while preserving all your statutory rights.

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. All orders include free tracked shipping.

Estimates: Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days after dispatch. While we strive for speed, these are estimates and not guarantees. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Changes: Address changes or cancellations are only possible before fulfillment begins. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please report it to support immediately. Remember: our legal address in Finland is not a return facility.

Subscriptions auto-renew at your selected product, price, and cadence until canceled. You can manage everything—skip, reschedule, pause, cancel, or update details—via the Recharge portal, where future charges are clearly visible.

Billing & Cancellation: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry and notify you. Cancellations must occur before your next order processes. We cannot retroactively cancel or refund a shipment already in the fulfillment process. We will provide notice of any material price changes before they take effect.

Rights: Subscription orders are subject to our standard refund policy and all mandatory consumer rights.
